Patriots for American Values (“Patriots for American Values,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy & Data Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information through our website, email program, text-messaging program, and related online properties (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
We collect the information you give us directly — for example, your first and last name, email address, mobile number, mailing address or ZIP code, city, state, and any message you send us. If you make a contribution, we collect the information required by applicable campaign-finance law. If you sign a public petition or statement, we may treat your name, city, and state as public and share it accordingly.
When you use the Site, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, general location, device and browser type, referring pages, and the actions you take on the Site, using cookies and similar technologies described in Section 03.

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and the Patriots for American Values name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Patriots for American Values or its officers, staff, volunteers, or vendors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.
